MatterLink 4.2 Connections

In your MatterLink 4.2 contact database, you can track a contact’s relationships with other contacts and multiple organizations. You can also track how organizations are connected to each other (parent company/subsidiary.) The Connections feature is powerful, and so is the information, benefitting your relationship management and business development initiatives.
Connection Types
Link Contacts to Contacts – tie individuals together with a two-way connection type definition (Parent/Child, Spouse/Spouse, Employer/Employee.)
Link Contacts to Organizations – link contacts to the companies they own or work for, their former employers, professional associations, etc.
Link “Client Organizations” to other Organizations – keep track of valuable information for business development.
While a basic list of “two-way” connection types is built into the 4.2 database, it is also customizable so you can define them to meet your needs.
