MatterLink Web gives users a personalized experience. MatterLink Web opens to My Dashboard, an overview of the user’s next 14 days of docket data, reminders, and recently accessed contacts and matter notes.
MatterLink Web also offers new ways to view, sort, and filter your schedule. The new outline view, exclusive to MatterLink Web, presents schedule items in an easy-to-read tiered list.
Find Matter Details Easily
MatterLink Web provides multiple ways to view matters and their data. The Matter Dashboard, which is easily accessed from any row of the matter selector, compiles key information for each matter. The matter dashboard contains:
- A brief overview of the matter
- An outline of schedule items related to the matter
- A list of matter contacts
- Matter notes
Selecting “View Matter Detail” will display the Matter Detail screen, which contains the full set of matter data.
Share Matter Information Instantly
MatterLink Web pages are easily hosted on external websites or shared in Microsoft Teams.
Every client, matter, and schedule detail screen in MatterLink Web has an alternate “Report View” which is optimized for printing and hosting on external web portals.
The alternate “Teams view” option seamlessly blends into the Microsoft Teams environment as a dynamic web page that matches the Teams design.
Additionally, each MatterLink Web page has an individual URL that can be copied and pasted into emails and documents, allowing users to securely share important matter information with colleagues.
