Intuitive Workflow Process in Microsoft Outlook
MetaReveal ensures the files you attached to Outlook mail messages are free of metadata and hidden data. When you click Send on a mail message that has a Word, Excel or PowerPoint attachment, MetaReveal prompts you to clean or convert the attachment. Because it happens on Send, it is impossible to forget to clean or convent documents before sending.
MetaReveal Management Module
An optional MetaReveal Management Module is also available. With this module, your IT staff can customize group and personal settings to administratively control options for metadata removal and PDF conversion. This simplifies the process for individual users, taking the decision about which types of metadata to removed automatic.
